**competitors will compete for the best times in completing10 squats, 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups and10 jumping jacks
The (4) Categories for competition are.
Men’s: 18yrs – 55 yrs
Women’s: 18 yrs – 55 yrs
Senior Men: 56 yrs+
Senior Women: 56 yrs+
The First 30 entrants on this website in each age category to apply will compete. You’ll receive a notification via email including waiver release and instructions.
All competitors must sign a waiver release in order to participate and will be given free entry to Exhibition Hall.
(1) Winner in each category wins $500.00
